CrossfireIQ Networks LLC strives to deliver quality services and ensure client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, accounting for the nature of digital services provided. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Service-Based Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. However, in cases where a specific refund policy has been outlined in the service agreement, the terms of that policy will apply.
- Pre-Paid Services: If you have pre-paid for services that are yet to be initiated, a partial refund may be provided if CrossfireIQ Networks LLC has not commenced the work.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Completed Work: Any work or services that have been fully delivered as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees, including initial consultations, account setup, or onboarding services, are non-refundable.
- Ad Spend or Third-Party Costs: Any funds allocated for ad campaigns, third-party tools, or software costs are non-refundable once committed, as these are paid directly to third parties.
3. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined here:
1. Submit a Written Request:
Send a written request within 14 days of service commencement or incident. Include your reason for requesting a refund and relevant supporting documentation.
2. Review Period:
CrossfireIQ Networks LLC will review refund requests within 10 business days. We may reach out for additional information to better understand the situation.
3. Decision:
After review, we will inform you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Termination and Refunds
In cases where the service agreement is terminated:

- Client-Initiated Termination: If the client terminates services, refunds will be considered based on the terms of the individual agreement. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due.
- CrossfireIQ-Initiated Termination: If CrossfireIQ Networks LLC terminates the agreement for reasons outside client misconduct or policy violation, a prorated refund may be issued for unused service portions.
- Client-Initiated Termination: If the client terminates services, refunds will be considered based on the terms of the individual agreement. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due.
5. Amendments to Refund Policy
CrossfireIQ Networks LLC reserves the right to amend this refund policy. Clients will be notified of any material changes, which will take effect upon notification.
