- Late Fees: Delayed payments may result in suspension of services and may incur a late fee. CrossfireIQ Networks LLC reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
3. Term and Termination

- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice, as outlined in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
- Refunds: No refunds are provided for services rendered. In the case of campaign-based services, refunds are only available if specified in the service agreement.

- Client Materials: Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide to CrossfireIQ Networks LLC. We will not use client-owned content beyond the agreed scope of services.
- CrossfireIQ Networks LLC Content: Any proprietary software, methodologies, or tools developed or used by CrossfireIQ Networks LLC remain the property of the company and are not transferred to the client without express written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
6. Performance Disclaimer
- CrossfireIQ Networks LLC strives for optimal performance; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes as digital marketing and business performance can vary due to factors outside our control.
- Clients understand that digital services, such as SEO and lead generation, may require time to deliver results.
- CrossfireIQ Networks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, timely information and materials essential to service execution.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly.
- Abide by any applicable laws and regulations regarding content and business practices.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold CrossfireIQ Networks LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from client-provided materials or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Amendments to Terms
CrossfireIQ Networks LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
