After signing up, what’s next?
After you register, we will begin onboarding your menu and reach out to get your google business listing populated with our delivery engine as well as on your website. We will also provide a basic training on how to edit your menu items when needed.
How soon can we start taking orders?
As soon as your menu is uploaded to the network and tested, you can start receiving orders right away (usually between 5-7 days).
How do I get my menu online?
We take care of that for you. In some cases, your menu can be automatically imported making for a really quick turn around.
What is the delivery fee breakdown?
Restaurant are charged based on the following food order totals: $1-$50 = $2, $51-$100 = $3, $101+ = $4. (Plus credit card processing fees).
How do we receive orders?
A notification will alert your staff until it is either accepted or declined through a tablet. If you don’t have a tablet, you can receive orders via email/text or through POS integration.
Are there any long-term contracts?
NO! You can opt-out of ZenDelivery at any time. With ZenDelivery, there are NO activation fees, NO percentages, NO long-term contracts or exclusivity.
How fast are restaurants paid?
ZenDelivery pays restaurant owners fast! Usually within 24-48 hours depending on weekends and/or holidays.
